Born Tough
After working out in this shirt for several weeks and washing it several times, I feel confident in being able to give an informed opinion of this product. I’ll start with what I like about it, then what I don’t like about it, and conclude with my overall recommendation.
What I Like
I like the look of it. It has a cool almost futuristic look from the cut to the combat lettering on the front.
I really like the feel of the fabric, it’s very soft, light, and breathable. Does a good job of wicking sweat away for your body. I haven’t had it long enough to give an accurate account of it’s durability but I don’t see anything that would make me think it won’t stay stitched together long term. Lastly, at $29 USD I think that’s a fair price point for what you get.
What I Don’t Like
Like I said, I like the look of it but I wish it was a couple inches shorter. Just a personal preference. I don’t like my shirts to be that long. I don’t like that it has a tag, not needed and is uncomfortable unless you tear it off which I did. It is tearable so you don’t have to worry about pulling out the stitches but it just seems unnecessary to have it in the first place. Lastly, it doesn’t drape flat around the shoulders. This doesn’t affect it’s functionality, but I think having extra space between the material and the shoulders doesn’t look as good because it’s not as form fitted.
Recommendation
Overall, I think this is a good product for the money. Great for working out in and could also be worn out in public no problem.
