Today we’d like to introduce you to Eric Sulzer.  Hi Eric, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself. Growing up, I always was active playing sports with my family and friends. But it wasn’t until I started lifting weights at 14 that my obsession with fitness started. From that moment on, I was hooked! I was a skinny kid and became fascinated with how lifting weights changed my body and improved my strength. So what does it mean to be Gym Strong versus Life Strong? What's the difference between the two and which one seems best for you and how you want to live your life? Gym Strong This is someone who puts the greatest emphasis on how they look and not on how they feel or how their workouts translate to real life situations. For example, someone who goes to the gym with the goal of having the biggest biceps. That person is developing very specific strength for a very specific task such as curling a weight
